Choose Your Destiny

Destiny is what happens or what will happen that is beyond the control of man. Every man on the face of the earth has a destiny and is destined to be something on planet earth. God, the creator of the universe destines what a man will become, even before he is sent to earth. You must know that there is a blue print for the life you are expected to spend on earth. Your mission on earth has already been structured out. It’s your relationship with God that will determine a fulfillment of that blue print. Read this “Before i formed thee in the belly i knew thee; and i ordain thee a prophet unto the nations" Jer 1:5 (kjv) .A critical examination of the aforementioned scripture, you will realize that God who has a foreknowledge of us, and has predestined us and such, we are programmed to be what we are today. Thus, our daily steps must work together in fulfillment of that better purpose.
Brothers and sisters, we are sent to planet earth with a purpose and an assignment. God who has a foreknowledge of us has before our birth programmed what we are to become. Above all, he has put in place steps which we would follow to fulfill his plan and purpose for us. Many are unable to actualize that purpose due to natural circumstances of life. Therefore, it is pertinent to say that the plan and purpose of God for us is DIVINE, while that brought to pass by circumstances is NATURAL. Thus, we have Divine and Natural Destiny.
Natural Destiny is controlled and guided by the normal circumstances in life – birth place, family, social and economic conditions, and even the negative forces in nature. It is sad to note that this is the only kind of destiny that most people are acquainted with. What a sad situation.
There are many who have lived and died without making significant impact in life; maybe because the opportunity never surfaced. Some have lost their lives through famine, war, crime and accidents. They never did anything to deserve such a state; in life they just happen to have been victims of natural destiny. There are those who are living in abject poverty today, not because they did anything wrong, but simply because they were born poor and knew no other kind life. They in turn get married, continue living in poverty grow old and die just like their forefathers. They knew and embraced God’s word. “But because the rest of you have forsaken the Lord and his Temple and worship gods of ‘Fate’ and “’Destiny, “’, therefore I will ‘destine’ you to the sword, and you ‘fate’ shall be a dark one; when I spoke, you wouldn’t listen. You deliberately sinned before my very eyes, choosing to do what you know I despise.” Isa 65:11 – 12 TLB
Brothers and sisters, Divine Destiny is the course of events for a man’s life, organized and structured by God himself in a way that brings glory to man and God . There is a path designed by God for your life which takes you from grass to grace, low level to high level, poverty to riches, and sickness to health. When divine destiny takes precedence over Normal destiny, a man’s life is dramatically turned around. However, this can only be possible through the spirit of God in man. You must be Born Again to fulfill Divine Destiny. If you are not born again, you cannot live within God’s plan and purpose for your life.
Friend you need to accept the Lord Jesus Christ as your Lord and personal Saviour so that the blue print of God concerning your life, which may have been stolen, could be retrieved and implemented by God. This is it Choose Wisely. Shalom.
